FROM GRIEF TO GRACE

Anita Salek Aasen is a licensed social worker in New York with a career spanning 30 years. A graduate of Fordham University, she has extensive experience providing both online and in-person therapy. Anita specializes in grief work and also utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and holistic stress reduction techniques in her practice. Outside of her professional life, she is a mother to three adult daughters and enjoys the companionship of a nervous chihuahua and a few cats.
